Our client, a well-known company in the financial services industry requires a HR Project Consultant to join their Human Resources Department.
What is expected?
As a HR Project Consultant you are part of a team of HR specialists and are responsible of designing and implementing all of the projects and programs related to the "People Impact Agenda" within the company.
Your main tasks
You keep yourself informed about innovative solutions and trends within the HR sector and demonstrate knowledge of people development.
You create, manage and deliver a "People impact plan" that optimizes the return on investment within the budget framework.
You support the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) process by facilitating the agile process based on 90 day cycles and Obeya rooms. And, as needed, you support the regular (monthly) Obeya sessions.
You help the HR community in finalizing preparation for Pre-QBR guidance every quarter to arrange and prioritize the backlog.
You ensure data based strategic, tactical and/or operational decision making on change (i.e. monitoring of key milestones, identification of key actions and facilitating impediment resolution by having an independent advisory role).
You orchestrate key change processes by designing guidelines and supporting execution of them.
You report and monitor the "People impact agenda" delivery performance (incl. milestones, KPIs…).
You work in close collaboration with the finance teams and report on financials (actuals, forecast, tracking business cases).
You collaborate with multidisciplinary High Impact teams and support them to effectively collaborate (organize marketplaces, tools).
You support the HR team to translate the HR strategy to themes.
As needed, you give neutral advice regarding various options including financial benefits, risk management and commercial benefits.
You ensure key outcomes (milestones / KPIs) as validated in the QBR expected are registered.

Affinity and knowledge of (financial) data, (bank processes) and technology
A Master degree and/or relevant experience from 5 to 8 years
A good knowledge of English, Dutch and French
