Brickendon Consulting have existing projects with a number of banks, asset managers & hedge funds firms across Poland and London where we have been engaged to provide teams of Analyst Consultants to deliver remediation of access management control gaps.
The successful candidate will join as a Senior Consultant within the Risk and Regulatory Practice within our Krakow office and work as part of a Brickendon's team to deliver engagements within our clients.
An overview of sample responsibilities:
Join as a member of our Risk and Regulatory Practice
Provides key SME expertise to ensure all high-risk applications have appropriate access management controls in place.
Engage directly with application support teams to facilitate the remediation of access management control gaps, and facilitate appropriate remediation.
Provide control expertise, to ensure all access management requirements are understood by control owners within the business
Support any focused initiatives of work to drive timely remediation.
Provide support and guidance pertaining to the onboarding of systems to the bank's global standard identity access management tool.
Perform intensive data analysis testing between source system data and data transmitted to the target global standard identity access management tool.
Liaise with project managers and key stakeholders of assigned projects, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed as per project plans.
Investigate and report issues according to procedures and maintain ownership through to resolution.
Support Identity & Access Management controls and processes in accordance with regulatory standards.
Identify potential security exposures of the business and recommend corrective action.
The IT Security Analyst & Senior Consultant will possess the following skills and experience;
Strong working experience of access management projects is essential.
Experience of working in Financial Services, ideally within an investment bank.
Experience working in a financial consultancy desirable.
Experience working in Identity Access Management is essential.
Experience of making timely and rational decisions, based on relevant information and experience
Past working experience on relevant access management
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience of writing SQL or similar to aid with data manipulation
A flexible and adaptable approach to change and will support others to respond in a similar way
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience of adapting style and approach to the targeted audience.
