Salary to circa £20,000 depending on experience
My client is a well regarded Wealth Management company, and they are now looking to appoint a further financial services administrator to join their team. This is an exciting role with great future prospects, working in modern, open plan offices.
Day to day, your role will involve:
Dealing with post
Scanning documentation to the CRM system
Having a good working relationship with the advisors & paraplanners
Requesting & loading valuations from product providers
Completing 1st appointment packs for advisors
Inputting fact find information to ensure client information is correctly & securely retained
Liaising with product providers
Providing relevant quotations for advisors
Recording fees & commissions received from providers accurately & timely
Skills & experience required:
Previous experience within a wealth management / financial services environment
Good communication skills, both written and oral
IT literate, ideally with experience of 'Intelligent Office'
